Welcome to Own Time. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

The service

Own Time is a personal productivity app for tracking the time you spend on your own projects, with streaks, goals, and milestone celebrations to keep you motivated.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You own your data — we do not claim any rights to the content you create.

Subscriptions and billing

• Own Time offers an optional premium subscription with a 7-day free trial.
• All payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, or use Own Time for any unlawful purpose.

Cancelling and deleting

You can cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, and you can permanently delete your account and data from Settings → Delete My Account inside the app.

Disclaimer and liability

Own Time is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, notify you in the app.
